Congratulations Amanda and Dave!
A beautiful day in June started off right for Amanda and Dave’s organically creative wedding. From classic touches like gardenias, old fashioned roses and sweetpeas, to less conventional selections like succulents, string of pearls, scabiosa pods and poppy pods, this wedding was fabulously fun to create!
Bridesmaid’s carried sweet nosegays of freesia, roses, mokara orchids, billy balls, succulents, lamb’s ear and much much more. The vibrant shades of yellow and contrasting grays made for a sophisticated yet casual feel perfect for the afternoon affair.
Amanda’s toss bouquet consisted of all things textural in a display of organic wonder.
Her boutonnieres were anything but ordinary. Each different, they displayed many of the individual elements of the wedding in “small bites”
This custom cake was created by Sweet Cakes by Melissa – Gresham, OR. We adorned the cake with all of the wonderful touches of the wedding. Adding manzanita branches to the look really added a bold and beautiful texture to the overall look.

Congrats to Kelsey and Jeremy!!
With November upon us, it’s nice to know, people are still getting married late in the season. Kelsey and Jeremy got married at a beautiful church here in Washougal. For this time of year, autumn tones and deep rich colors are common choices for our brides. But Kelsey is anything but typical. When I met with her and her mom months ago, they explained to me that Kelsey has always loved rainbows. So, when it came time to pick the colors for her special day…it was obvious what the choice was. RAINBOW!
Her attendants each wore a beautiful color from fuschia, to buttery yellow, lilac, blue and deep green. Their bouquets of fragrant seasonal flowers tied in the colors of the wedding. From Roses to hydrangeas, stock to iris, these bouquets has some of Kelsey’s favorites and a couple of ours!
The ceremony was inside, but pulled together a garden like feel, with vases of garden flowers on shepherd hooks and a white garden arch perfect for the day. All the colors and flowers of the wedding were combined in this colorful array of seasonal wonderment.
Best Wishes Brooke and Jeremy!
This last weekend, we had the great opportunity to create beautiful flower for a beautiful bride named Brooke. Her colors were crimson and burnt orange…We used orchids, roses, summer dahlias, lilies, amaranthus, crocosmia, and much more to create this fantastic wedding! From towering flowers on silver candelabras, to dahlias down the head table, this wedding was incredibly opulent!

Brooke’s bouquet of rust lilies, and cymbidum orchids was really stunning and dramatic. The girls carried clutch bouquets of cymbidum orchids.
For this outdoor ceremony we created a monogram of rose petals for Jeremy and Brooke. When she walked the aisle, the petals would travel down the aisle beneath her beautiful train.

At the reception, stunning centerpieces atop silver candelabras splashed upward into the vaulted tent!
Congratulations Joy!

Her bouquet consisted of cream peonies, and helga piaget roses in a simple clutch style. Simply beautiful!
The attendant’s bouquets were comprised of peonies, sweetpeas, freesia, and old fashioned roses. Lusciously fragrant!
Orbs of hydrangea, roses and soft foliage hung from sheppard’s hooks down the aisle to luscious bouquets atop rustic pedestals. (both available for rental)

Lavish bouquets with sweetpeas, roses, hydrangeas, peonies and calla lilies flanked the bride and groom at the front serving as an awesome focal point; beyond a beautiful view of the Columbia Gorge.
Overfilled bubblebowls of the same romantic flowers travelled down a long table. The hanging flower orbs were to be added to the mix after the ceremony was over.
