Best of Luck to Morey & Jillian!

Our greatest passion in design currently evolves around a northwest organic look. Not every bride is suitable to suggest such a look, but when they come to us and say they love anything “weird and succulent” we know it’s time to pull out all the stops!

Morey and Jillian tied the knot at Mcmenamin’s Edgefield this past weekend. With colors of deep yellow white and sage green, we created textural bouquets for her girls and her. Dahlias, kangaroo paws, hydrangeas, succulents, billy balls and fragrant freesia were all incorporated.

Her bouquet of the same stunning varieties also incorporated a stunning surprise element, phalaenopsis orchids. This avante garde combination made her bouquet extra special!

Congratulations Steve & Angela!

This past weekend, we created vividly wonderful bridal flowers for Angela and Steve. Members of one of our weekly church deliveries at The Church of Good Shepherd in Vancouver, they knew where to go to get incredible flowers for their special day!

Angela selected miniature gerbera daisies, calla lilies, iris, and hydrangea among other wonderful touches. Her colors in fuchsia, yellow, purple and lime green were anything but bland!

Erik decided to surprise her with a few fun touches such as wild sweetpeas (provided by Julie) trachelium and stunningly bright verbena!

A Day for Ashley!

Well, to say we have been doing weddings lately, would be an understatement! We have been doing lots of weddings. About 2-3 a wedding is our max however. This past weekend, we created the flowers for Ashley. She loved vibrant color, lots of texture and feathers.

Here her bouquet was created from billy balls, dahlias, lilies, calla lilies, hydrangea, hypericum, and polka dot feathers. The combination was really fabulous!

Vivian got married 7000 feet about Timberline in the rustic Silcox Hut a weekend or so ago. Being she is a park  ranger herself, it seemed the perfect place for her future husband and her to  make their love and vows complete. Her choice of flowers also seemed perfect, from mosses, branches, rabbit foot ferns, succulents and fern curls, to soft romatic flowers like garden roses, tulips and ranunculas, this look evoked both of their personalities perfectly!  Textural wonderment was created by Julie…a lover of anything native and Northwest! Truly Breathtaking!030510-011

Madeline gets married!

Madeline came in and selected a beautiful mix of soft cream to peach roses, chocolate cosmos and peach colored hypericum berries. With beautiful wire detailing and pearl pin studding on the stems, her bouquet had an old-fashioned look with a contemporary twist.
